SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING RATES
Free shipping over $150, or $9.99 on smaller orders (to
almost anywhere)
Currently we are charging a flat $9.99 shipping fee
on each web sale order to ship to almost anywhere in NZ. Including rural
address (however excluding any outlying islands).Orders from Waiheke
Island, Great Barrier Island, Chatham and Steward Islands will be need to
pay an addition freight charge after the transaction but before the goods are
dispatched. You will be contacted by the store shipping your order to arrange
this payment.
Any Shipping Charges on Click & Collect purchases
will be refunded on request.
SHIPPING from Destination:
Products listed on the cheapskates.co.nz website are
shipped from individual Cheapskates stores.
The items in your cart have been separated based on which
stores you selected to purchase them from.
SHIPPING TIMES:
All products will be shipped during normal business hours
(Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)
Couriers: We use range of couriers to ensure a prompt
delivery of your purchase. These include Poste Haste, Aramex, NZ Post
Confirmation of dispatch and tracking will be provided.
Nothing will be shipped outside of normal business hours or during public
holidays and weekends, as courier companies do not operate at these times.
Most orders received are shipped the same or next business day.
Order Processing:
1-2 Business Days
Order Shipping Times: 2-4 Business (estimated)
However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival
date for your order, be sure to add 1-business day for processing of the order.
Typically, orders will be received 3-5 business days after they are placed.
Customer communication during the dispatch process:
If there are any questions arising from your order that
requires us to be in communication with you regarding any clarification of your
order or payment then this can add additional time to the processing of your
order.
Click and Collect orders:
Order processing time for Click and Collect Order: 1 Day
Generally, you can pick up at any time the day after
placing your order during the Shop Trading hours of the Store you have made
your purchase from. (see ‘Our Stores’ for these trading hours).
You may be asked to provide photo I.D at the time of pick
up to ensure you are the authorised to be make the pick up.
