Including rural address (however excluding any outlying islands).Orders from Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Chatham and Steward Islands will be need to pay an addition freight charge after the transaction but before the goods are dispatched. You will be contacted by the store shipping your order to arrange this payment.
Any Shipping Charges on Click & Collect purchases will be refunded on request.

SHIPPING TIMES:
All products will be shipped during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)
Couriers: We use range of couriers to ensure a prompt delivery of your purchase. These include Poste Haste, Aramex, NZ Post
Confirmation of dispatch and tracking will be provided.
Nothing will be shipped outside of normal business hours or during public holidays and weekends, as courier companies do not operate at these times.
Most orders received are shipped the same or next business day.
